Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and messages professionally
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Coordinate virtual meetings and follow up on assigned tasks
- Support training programs and enrollment activities
- Conduct research and compile data for team planning
- Assist with social media management and content posting
- Maintain organized records and handle confidential information responsibly
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree (Entry-level, freelance, or volunteer experience accepted)
- Applicant must be between 20 and 30 years old at the time of application
- Female candidates are preferred in line with organizational policy
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
- Active social media account (at least 6 months old) with professional content
- Must be a Nigerian citizen residing in Nigeria or abroad
