Job Summary
The Virtual Assistant Intern will assist with recruitment activities, employee administration, and general HR support. This role is ideal for beginners looking to gain hands-on experience in HR and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Search for candidates on LinkedIn and job boards
- Post job advertisements and screen CVs
- Schedule interviews and assist with onboarding
- Draft HR-related emails and maintain records
- Provide general virtual administrative support
Requirements
- Reliable laptop and stable internet connection
- Good written English and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Availability of at least 25 hours per week
- Interest in HR or recruitment (no prior experience required)
